Falun Dafa (Falun Gong) is an ancient Chinese practice to enhance body, mind and spirit.
It has superb health benefits, relieves stress and anxiety, and
promotes both mental and spiritual well-being. Thousands of people, from all walks of life

You can learn the 5 exercises of Falun Dafa at any of
the following
practice locations. There are no prerequisites and
beginners are always welcome. At each site, there will be
somebody who will teach newcomers the complete set of
exercises, you simply need to let them know that you would
like to learn. Don't be shy, if you get there late, and
they have already started, just walk up to the group and
join in. For outdoor sites, it's a good idea to bring
something to sit on in case the grass is wet, usually a
towel and a trash bag is good enough. Most practice sites
will meet all year-round, even in rain or cold weather,
however, it's best to verify by calling the contact person
beforehand.
